[HELP] Working apktool for tickle my android to de/recompile twframework-res.apk

Need help theming my Note 4 SM-N910G Lollipop 5.1.1. I try to use Tickel My Android to theme my stock rom but it seems decompiling is not working on any apktool version. I been to TMA thread and there no supported apktool version this time for my note 4.
Anyone have tried decompiling twframewoke-res.apk on Note 4 SM-N910G Lollipop 5.1.1 for theming purposes? Or is there any other method to do this?
